Who is Brain Clouds: Hi, I’m Kelly. I’m a thirty something single lesbian living back home with my Mom in Michigan. I smoke, I’m overweight, and I hate vegetables. I never finished college, don’t own much of anything, and can’t save money for shit. (UPDATE: I am currently debt free and started an online savings account!) I hate mashed potato’s (baked ones too), I use my mouse upside down, and I enjoy dipping pickles in peanut butter. With that said; I am also a dreamer, a writer, and a lover of love. My mind is always in the clouds when it doesn’t think it’s dying. I love poetry, music, photography, and all things artistic. This blog will include my stories, my fears, and an occasional poem. All and all I’m just another fucked up chick trying to make her mark on an even more fucked up world. I
I’m also the proud managing editor of The Lesbian Lifestyle.
Welcome Strangers: Hello to those of you that have stumbled upon this blog in one way or another. It’s an honor to know that you take a little piece of your day and donate it to reading the words I write. I hope I give you a bit of insight, a laugh here and there, and of course a reason to want to return. This blog is my therapy. A way for me to put down my thoughts and reread them a few days later in order to realize the extent of just how crazy I am. I’m not in it for the money, nor do I expect a million comments on every one of my posts. So thanks for stopping by, and even if you never come back thanks for the moment. It’s been my pleasure.
Hello Family and Friends: So as many of you know I used to have another blog that I had intended to keep anonymous. When that didn’t happen I noticed my writing style changed. I was writing for people and editing my thoughts. This blog is 100% me. I don’t care who reads it, nor will I edit my thoughts. You all know how fucked up I am, no need to hide it from those I love. So sit back and relax, and get caught up on the text version of Kelavision. Humor at its finest and most terrified!

Hi…
I did stumble upon this page by accident. Somehow I ended up way of course in www land. I just wanted to say that you write very well and i’ve enjoyed reading your posts.
Hope 2007 is an EASY year for all us gaia inhabitants. Kelly, hope you ‘heart’ yourself soon.
Amazing to see our trees that lost their crowns due to our Cyclone Larry on 20th March, 2006, (Far North Queensland, Australia) totally ‘copsed’. Hard to tell that they ever lost their branches!. Ain’t NATURE great!! Used to ask everybody I thought would know, how trees re-grow a broken branch and resume their silhouette. I read David Suzuki’s marvellous book “TREE” and HE is still waiting to understand this natural mystery.
depends on how you look at it…
theoretically, I’m bisexual, but in reality most men suck.
and I’m a M2F transsexual…
so.. who hasn’t dated a man in 4 years?
Don’t you even like carrots? Or green beans? Or sweet potatoes…. I think I LOVE vegetables. Roasted, grilled, fried, baked. With spicy oils or butter. Raw and crunchy or drenched in gravy. Mushed under the fork or tossed in a salad. Yum!
Oh, and I like your blog too!
I recently discovered that I enjoy asparagus cooked on the BBQ. I’m always willing to give new things a try. But mashed potatos are ALWAYS a no no!
Because I don’t cook, I came up with a veggie fix that you may be able to stand. It looks like shite but it will give you your dose of required green health. I like smoothies so I put in avocado, papaya, and a few other tasty things I just happen to have. Then, I dump in a large handful of fresh salad spinache. Add water and blend. Drink it down and you’re good to go for at least a month.
I may just have to try that. Thanks for the suggestion Steadycat!
hi,i have just one question! what is the tast of sweet potatoes. what is in it? potato and sugar or what?little explanation:i´m from prague (capital od czech republic, europa) and we cooked, baked, grilled, fried potatos…but it never has sweet tast!
anyway i going to carry on to find some information about passed prop 8 (actually it´s unbelivebel I cann´t belive somebody could vote yes on prop 8 – what is going on there in america?) deadline approaching. so back to the work!
You say you are overweight like it’s a bad thing. :3 I saw the picture of you and your Nana, and omg, I think you are very beautiful!
You know what–why is being overweight/big/fat WHATEVER such a bad thing? The media has messed up our image of beauty. Did you know that sometime in the 17, maybe 18 hundreds women who were fat were considered beautiful? That if you were skinny it meant you didn’t eat well and was poor?
Just wanted to share that with you~
I hope it brightens your day. :3

Thank you Tabby. Your words mean a lot. Thank you for reading and for making me smile.
Okay, so I just HAPPENED to stumble acrossed your page.
Actually…lol. I looked it up. I read your facebook and realized that you love writing. So I figured i would check it out. I absolutely love your writing so far. Havent read all of it, but some, yes.
I was totally reading the section about yourself. It made me smile. Just so you know…being over weight? Shh. You’re a beautiful lady. Your eyes and smile? Gorgeous.
The not finishing college and not saving money? It happens. As long as you are happy with your life. Thats the only thing that ever counts. You always…and i will say it again…ALWAYS have the chance to go back to college. When you want it. Saving money, it takes a lot of control. lol. As we can all see, our economy has a little trouble with that. Not just you. We’ll get there..one day. haha! Congrats on being debt free! That is awesome!
And its the biggest relief in life you can feel.
Pickles in pb?Guess i’ll have to try that one. lol. As you can tell, im not afraid of much.
And now for your mind…..
To set it straight.
Keep smiling that beautiful smile we all know you have. Keep writing those amazing words. You’re definitely a writer at heart. And I’m your reader.
Each and every day…we die a little, BUT…we also LIVE a little more.
Try to ignore the dying, because the worrying gets in the way of life itself. Its full of beauty, love, laughing, smiling, and just everything that no one should ever miss.
Life? A bunch of little pictures, that in the end..make one big picture. Its beautiful.
Don’t ever forget that darling.
I discovered your genius 2 years ago. I always wished and expected great things for you and here you are. I’m your poetry lover – not phrased well, but I do look forward to it. Good wishes. Jan
